In theory, PAPO’s initial contact with the landowners is done by a the Landowner Liaison Officer about 6 months before the event to make sure that the landowners will be happy that there is an event on the day. As PAPO does not currently have a Landowner Liaison Officer this is currently done by:

It is important to confirm the event arrangements and to get up-to-date information on the area and any issues they may have with us being there at that time directly from the landowner. This is a Controller’s responsibility.
